Firmly dedicated to sustainable tourism, the area continues year after year to implement initiatives that foster a more responsible approach to business tourism, with full respect for the local ecosystem.

We support the ecological transition through the following actions :

  • Certification of business tourism stakeholders, aligned with the destination’s sustainability commitments
  • ISO 20121 certification of key local venues, including the Parc des Expositions Le Chorus in 2024
  • Promotion of soft mobility by encouraging delegates and guests to use eco-friendly transport options

We support the sustainable transition of accommodations, restaurants, event agencies, and other local stakeholders, in line with the destination’s commitments, to strengthen the eco-responsibility of business tourism across our region. With the goal of reducing the carbon footprint, the Vannes urban area is developing urban infrastructure for cyclists, pedestrians, and buses as part of a broader environmental strategy.
