La Cidrerie du Golfe

La Cidrerie du Golfe is located in Arradon, just 500 meters from the coastal path. On 7 hectares of orchards, we grow 8 varieties of cider apple trees, cultivated without any chemical products since the cidery was founded. Our apple trees are standard (tall-stemmed) and planted to last for several decades. We practice eco-grazing with a few sheep and their lambs, they naturally mow the grass and enrich the soil.

The apples from our orchards are hand-picked from the ground at their peak ripeness. They are then pressed on-site to produce a range of beverages: cider, apple juice, apéritifs, brandy, and a traditional vinegar, all certified organic (AB label).
Today, our drinks are available at the farm, in select wine shops that promote natural beverages, and on the tables of fine restaurants that have chosen us from across the globe.

We are committed to crafting natural ciders — made without additives, using wild yeasts, with no added sulfites, and naturally sparkling. This artisanal method remains relatively rare and results in a remarkable finesse of taste and a complex aromatic profile.
In recent years, we have also begun experimenting with co-fermentations, which are sure to surprise and delight you.
